Ready to Apply?

Thank you for your interest in working with Catalyst Counseling! We are looking forward to learning more about you. Once we receive your completed application, if we feel you could be a good fit we will reach back out to schedule an interview.

A few small notes on timing...it's a good idea to submit an application even if it appears we don't have anything available. If we have an unexpected opening in our cohorts, we will first pull from the list of people who have already applied.

For employment -

Our associate clinical training program is available in both Spokane and Woodinville. Cohorts start in January and August.

The associate training program is open to both new graduates and licensed therapists who are interested in deepening their learning in the craft of therapy. We have been humbled (and a little overwhelmed) by the amount of interest in our associate training program. You are welcome to apply early. In general, we start the interviewing process for the summer cohort around January or February. We start the interviewing process for the winter cohort around September or October.

For internship -

Our internship program is available in both Spokane and Woodinville. Cohorts start in January.

12-Month Internship: January start, continuing for 12 months
18-Month Practicum + Internship: January start, continuing for approximately 18 months
