Ready to Apply?

Thank you for your interest in working with Catalyst Counseling! We are looking forward to learning more about you. Once we receive your completed application, if we feel you could be a good fit we will reach back out to schedule an interview.

A few small notes on timing...it's a good idea to submit an application even if it appears we don't have anything available. If we have an unexpected opening in our cohorts, we will first pull from the list of people who have already applied.

For employment -

The associate training program is open to both new graduates and licensed therapists without a lot of psychotherapy experience who are interested in learning the craft of therapy. We have been humbled (and a little overwhelmed) by the amount of interest in our associate training program. You are welcome to apply early. In general, we start the interviewing process for the summer cohort around January or February. We start the interviewing process for the winter cohort around September or October.

For internship -

In January we will be starting our first cohort of interns! This will be a one-year internship with extensive mentorship and training. We will begin interviewing for the internship program in September.
